"Box Was Absolutely Beat Up"
The box showed up looking like it had been through a full-on wrestling match, no question about it. The packaging was way too flimsy, and the items inside ended up getting squashed. I’m completely sure better packaging would’ve prevented this...

"Wish I’d Checked the Order Sooner"
I was disappointed when my order showed up. A couple of items were missing, and one thing in the box wasn’t even something I picked. I was actually looking forward to everything, so it kind of ruined the experience. I regret not double-checking everything right away, but still, I’m not sure how the packing got that mixed up

It was annoying. I went in looking for a few specific things, and none of it was in stock. Like, not just one item missing, basically everything I actually needed was unavailable. Frustrating.

I wanted to like this, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. To be fair, I’m not expecting perfection, but I do think it should feel a bit better for what I paid. Overall, I’m disappointed

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I ordered from goldenfarm.com.au and felt frustrated with how the refund was handled. I had to follow up twice before anything really happened, and while the refund did eventually come through, the slow replies made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I also wish someone had clearly explained what was going on instead of leaving me waiting and wondering. Not the best experience.

"Pretty disappointed with the freshness"
I was disappointed. The fruit showed up looking limp, like it had already been sitting around too long, and by the next day it had gone bad. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I ordered from goldenfarm.com.au and the delivery was fine in the end, but it did take longer than I was expecting. Not like a disaster or anything, the package showed up in good condition, so that part was okay. I just kept wondering where it was because the updates weren’t very helpful, and yeah, I guess I just wish they were a bit clearer along the way. Overall, not terrible, not super quick either, just kind of okay.

"Delivery was not reliable at all"
I ordered from goldenfarm.com.au the delivery was a bit of mess. It arrived later than what was shown, and I kept having to check for updates myself. There wasn’t really a clear info, so I was just waiting around not knowing what was happening. With fresh items, delay is not something you want. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

My checkout experience was okay overall. I was able to place my order without any major issues, but the process felt a bit clunky and slower than I expected. It got the job done, just not as smoothly as I would’ve liked.

"Honestly, the site was frustrating"
I tried using the site, but it felt like way more effort than it should have been. Pages were loading really slowly, and when I got to checkout, it kept getting stuck. To me, it made the whole shopping process feel kind of unreliable

"Still decent, but the range used to feel better"
Golden Farm is still okay for picking up the basics, and they do have a few bits I don’t always come across in regular shops.
That said, I feel like the range used to be better. Some sections had the products I was after, but there weren’t many options when it came to sizes or different brands.
It’s not a bad place overall, but if I’m looking for something a bit more specific, it probably wouldn’t be my first choice anymore. I’d still pop in again, just with lower expectations

"It just felt a bit too expensive for..."
It just felt a bit too expensive for what I actually got. I was expecting it to feel like decent value, you know, but once it turned up, I was kind of thinking, yeah… this doesn’t really match the price.
Maybe it’s fine if you haven’t looked around much, but I found similar stuff cheaper elsewhere. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again unless the prices came down quite a bit...
